ICTCLAS (Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Lexical Analysis System)分词系统是由中科院计算所的张华平、刘群所等开发的一套获得广泛好评的分词系统

ICTCLAS NLPIR中文分词相对来说还是比较好用的，虽然需要平台授权，但是可以免费使用的。授权证书期限为一个月，每个月都会更新一次。

可以下载玩玩。
